The expanded shrouds now enclose the portico, the platform, the North stairs
and even the planters outside the East wall of the platform.
This will provide protection for the stone masons setting the granite veneer
on the exterior portico walls, the planter surfaces and the granite walking surfaces
of the entryway platform and the stairs.
